I dropped in while in town for the holidays and Kellen was super knowledgeable and took the time to coach me. I learned some new things to work on and how to improve my double unders. Highly recommend! 10/10

Lat 45 fitness center and the amazing coaches make my health plan possible, modifying for my injuries. And the other athletes are fun, friendly and so encouraging. I love this place and the people!
